The Superb Samsung Galaxy S2 Boasts A Long List Of Improvements Over The Original Galaxy S

The Samsung Galaxy S has proven to be a popular device since
its release last year, but now there抯 a new kid on the block, the Samsung
Galaxy S2. This sees a wealth of upgrades over the original Galaxy S,
incorporating some of the most advanced smartphone technology available.?/p>

The design of the handsets themselves differs slightly.
Whilst the original has a slightly curvier appearance, the Samsung Galaxy S2
somewhat resembles the shape of an iPhone 4. The new version also trumps the
original in both width and weight; at just 116 grams and 8.5mm thick. The rest
of the dimensions are similar, however the Galaxy S2 is slightly bigger due to

TouchWiz (4.0). This user interface offers a number of improvements over
version 3.0 found on the original Galaxy S. For example, it offers a new way to
assign widgets, by using the built in gyroscope, as well as a number of brand

individual homescreens can also be assigned, allowing users to have different screens
